    Hugo graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (Honours) and played on the men’s varsity volleyball team. Hugo continued his studies at the University of Glasgow Caledonian in Scotland, from which he graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. He is licensed to practice in Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

    Hugo worked as a physiotherapist at the Beacon Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, for the last two years where he specialized in the intensive care unit before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. He has a keen interest in pain management neuroscience and in ensuring his patients reach their goals. Hugo provides education, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, dry needling, and hydrotherapy. His therapy sessions focus on a comprehensive hands-on approach, followed by the design of a personalized treatment and home exercise plan for each client.

    Hugo enjoys travelling the world with his Fiancé and being involved in the community coaching sports.
