Restructuring of Services at the Interprofessional Clinic

The Interprofessional Clinic at Perley Health is discontinuing some of its services as of December 23rd, 2022. This will affect services in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy as well as some Physiotherapy. Affected clients that are either currently receiving services or on the wait list for services will receive a list of clinics offering similar services that can be contacted. Client files will remain in the possession of Perley Health for no less than 10 years. You can request that your file be sent to you or to another clinic by completing a release of information form.
